And they did install something behind her knee(something), some "Bionic" thing, that makes it Easier for her to walk.. Don't remember what it was called, but it Did: Remove some of the pressure so its easier to walk

Actually I was talking about me, but I have seen quite a few pedestrian out walking when and where they aren't supposed to be.  Also, many of them don't look as the cross the street, expecting cars to stop for them even though they are the ones breaking the law by jaywalking.
