Chat System Request (REVISED AND EDITED PLEASE LOOK)

Hey Everyone! Im here to request a script for a Chat System... Im Looking for a chat system that when you type it in and hit enter a speech bubble comes up with what you entered... Or If that dosent work get rid of the bubble and make the submitted text appear above the charachter that said it.

I need this to work with the Runescape Chat Feature on Netplay Plus PLEASE HELP
