They are kind of saturated. The front and back views of the black mage hat looks kind of pillow shaded.

Also remember to credit. I noticed you used some other people's stuff. Like Ingus's hair for example.

I think these could be really cool, but change how the hat looks, change the outfits slighlty more for each character, so each has their own unique style, andt then desaturate all but Ingus and Arc's hair. I would saturate Arc's a little.

I agree. I think the designs are really cool, but the shading needs some work. I zoomed in and there seemed to be little to no shading.

Just criticism, man. But, I agree with the others, they look pretty good but are not shaded as well as they could be. Overall not too bad though.
