character template in works - clothed

Right, here's a character template i'm working on (in one of the NPC's clothing at the moment)
It's still in works, the coloring has to be cleaned up and be played with to make it look smoother
The eyes and facial features will eventually be smoothed out
I will be adding a dark outline (where instead of having black, a dark blue for the pants as an example)
But - other than that, how is it thus far?

You are going to use ISOMETRIC?
Yes and no...

I'm going to be using a rotating map feature
When the player is in the right area, the map will rotate if a key is pressed - a picture showing you can rotate will also appear
i put a demo of it in the script request forum hoping someone might make a script to the same affect so i wouldn't have to use 4 or more events, but no one replied and it's let me have time to play with everything, and i'm going to be posting in the new project discussion sometime sooner or later that will have a fixed rotating map feature

So the game can be played in the default look, and on certain maps or even cutscenes go threw a transition map (to make it look good), then a isometric view for whatever reason, maybe then again going once more into a transition and rotating further (so if a door was on the west side in initial map, but wasn't visible, in this map it would be in the north side of the map)
a horrible example and horribly explained, but i can't think of it right now and have no screenies yet (as i've yet to fix the tilesets to look proper)
