Character Switching

Hi.  This is my first post I'm glad there is a community for such an extensive tool.  I have this point in my story line in my game where I would like to switch between characters in the game.  I can easily change up characters as part of the story so one leaves and another joins, which is fine.  However, I have one place where everyone will meet at later and I would like to either continue switching characters based on the story or (preferrably) give the player the option to choose a character and keep track of all the stats/levels/etc.

Is there an easy way to do this without using script or do I have to break down and try Ruby.  Thanks so much!

I don't see why you can't just keep using the change party command?
Pretty sure all the stats/levels/etc. are stored, so you don't have to worry about that.

Just have a choice, and depending on which one they pick, it adds/removes people from the party.
Unless I'm missing something?

Oh ok.  I was not aware of that, I thought that the stats would be reset in changing.  This makes sense.  Thanks very much!

i just tried a character switch the regular way and it didnt seem to work, didnt keep the in game stats just went back to the original root values.  any ideas?

When you add the characters back in, don't check the "Initialize" box and it should work.
