Changing Item Name Colors

Have you ever played WoW? You know how the items names have colors based on their rarity. Green = Uncommon, Blue = Rare, etc. well, I am looking for a script where I can change the color of my item names.

I was told on The Creation asylum that this could only be done from scripting and I know its possible because I have seen it in a game before.

So can anyone help?
