Changing font color for menu screen?

I made a new windowskin for myself, but I realized that when I went to the menu screen, The font color blended in with the windowskin.

Is there any way to change the font color to black?
(Not for event messages though, for that... I use an advanced message script.)

Change Window_base#normal_color (Format = Color.new(red, green, blue, alpha = 0) Alpha is optional and can be omitted.)
