Changing Battler sprite Opacity during battle commands

Hello! New member here. I'm an old fan of RM2k and have recently got back in the habit of making RPG games again and found RMXP as well as your wonderful site.

I have a few questions regarding the new RGSS scripting system. I've looked through it a bit and was wondering how to change the opacity of the battler sprites during battle commands.

For example, when I choose "Attack" during a battle, I would like to opacity of either the character's battler that's using "Attack" or the whole party's battler to 0 so that I may use an attack battle animation that includes my character attacking. Then afterwards, I would like to opacitiy to change back to normal (being completely solid).

I'm fairly new to RGSS, only having event experience from RM2k and I'm not sure where to start looking in the RGSS scripts or how to change it. I am using Cogwheel's RTAB, Skill Recasting Time Counter and Momo's Battle Icon Command scripts. I've also changed the co-ordinates for the battlers.

Any help will be much appreciated. Also come help in what to alter and a few RGSS tips would be great.

Thank you.
