Change Start-Game Icon

Hi, i just wonder.. How do i change the shortcut / RGSS2 player icon?
I mean.. when you make a game, and you wanna play it, you have to open it/run it by clicking on the game icon. The current image of the icon is like a horse from chess, but i wish to change it to my personal image.

I know it was to be .ico file for ".icon". But i cant seem to find how to change it!
Please help me!
P.S I know its possible cause ive seen people doing it.
