Change Graphic

How do make it so when my player move the graphic changes? Or if possible how would I make it so my player has 1 pic for standing and 4 pics when moving? Please help!

it's like when the player isn't moving it looks like their standing. but when they are moving they look like they're running

Idk...this is the best thing I can think of going by what your describing ultiomos.

If I get you rightly, then you just must make another charset with walking sprites only. Then create Common Event and set it up so if you are holding a directional key, it'll change graphic. I hope this is what you mean.  :shock:

If I get what you're saying, you want a multiple frames script. There are a bunch out there - a forum search should bring them up.
