Change actor graphic for battles (also random battles)

(OMG another request!)
I wan't to have a script that changes the actor graphic for battles
after the battle it changes the actor graphic again (you can choose which chars are used in the script)
I know you can event that but what about random battles?
Even if I can't script the code should be like this

if battle procress
change actor graphics
actor1: graphics/characters/hero 1 sideview edition
actor2: graphics/characters/hero 2 sideview edition
(and so forth)
-----------Victory----------
change actor graphics
actor1: graphics/charcters/hero 1 normal
actor2: graphics/charcters/hero 2 normal
....................
