Capture script?

I know this exists! like in pokemon, but not like it...
So if i had petty soul gem, and i used it on a creature, theres a 20% chance of getting it, but if i used super soul gem, theres a 80% chance, basicly the pokemon catching script is what i need, but so i can have different things having different chances of catching. like in a pokemon theres pokeball and theres masterbsll, i know this script iexists, but where!??!!??!?!

you know, this could be done with Events.
