Can't start a RM game

Sorry if this sound like a Noob question, or if its not in the right place, but its related to the software, so here goes

Every time I try to play a game, it doesn't work, I download the package, uncompress everything, but when I start it, it gives me a error sound, (no message though) and nothing more happens

anything I need to install?

DO you have the RTP?

If not, search for it on google (look for Enterbrain RMXP RTP) and download that and run it if you havent already.

Simple, If you have RMXP and it's not letting u play the games, or even if u don't have RMXP you need this file:
