Can't get the patch...

Hey everyone, my friend has RPG Maker XP, but he only has v1.02, and when he tries to update to v1.02a, via this link: http://www.enterbrain.co.jp/tkool/RPG_X ... tches.html
It just takes him onto a page with lots of wierd writing with symbols and whatever, and theres no way he can get onto it, the links the same for me too.

Any ideas how he could get it without going onto that link ? Maybe someone here could be nice enough to send a download link of their own RXE-UP102a.exe file, unless it's illegal, but no idea.

Wow is it meant to do it so quick ? He did it and as soon as it asked if he wanted to update, he clicked, and in less than a second it said update complete.

(He's on his laptop at side of me)
