cant add characters

i have downloaded (right click copy image as) after opening the pic in its own browser
saved it as 201-fish.png but when i go to create an event using hte fish tile it does not appear any idea's what i am doing wrong, or a step that i maybe missing. like i do have the gimp so if i need to re modify it in anyway.
i will be able to.

i figured out how to add characters. however there is a nice black box around them when they walk, any idea's

gonna look it over, as to figure it out. but if anyone figures knows how to do it, please advise me of how :D thanks

Please, don't double post.

You can get rid of the box around character sets(as well as other graphical resources.), by left clicking on the empty area around the sprite/whatever, when importing it.

You can also set transparencies if you have a program such as Mircosoft Photo Editor or Paint.NET. Mircosoft Photo Editor has a transparency tool, and just erase what you want to be transparent if your using Paint.NET.
