Can someone rate my drawing?

It's supposed to be a fox like creature, but on two legs, and other stuff as well.
I can't get hold of a scanner, I don't have one, my school doesn't have one, and I can't think of anywhere else to find one.

All my friends are female, and they don't have many technicle pc stuff, just pc's with windows xp. And the few male friends I have just want to download my project when i try to talk to them, I haven't seen a scanner around their houses.
(Shudder, I have a phobea of libraries)
I think it's pretty good quality for a mobile phone camera

Are you rating the image quality or the image? Because I want the image rated, and not the quality.
Now I have to turn it into a character :(...

Well, with the low quality of the image it's impossible to really critique it; I can just pretty much make out the shape of it :/.

I think the image looks a little flat, If it's character art it's usually best to have them in a pose to show there character rather than a from the side 2d view.

4/10 ...... people only get good at drawing with practice.

Your anatomy looks fairly good, but your style is really off. Draw a bit more and get yourself used to drawing in your own unique style or a ripoff from another art style. Just make sure it looks cool and not like a child had drawn it. :P Once you get good at what you do, you're set. Simple as that.

Also, don't draw with such hard lines to start with. Make a series of light strokes with your pencil for a single line, and after you're done with the picture, go over it a bit harder. It may take more time, but it will look better in the long run since you can fix pretty much any error you make by simply using the eraser.
