Yeah, it'd be a good idea to elaborate a little more on what this is all about. Screenshots are nice and all but give us a little more background information to fill us in a little.

Anyway, what does [C++/Lua/RMXP] mean? Programming with C++ and Lua and mapping with RMXP?
The tilesets look nice by the way. But you (or whoever creates them) should practice and redo the round things. They look flat and... just wrong.

My guess is it's Netplay+: RMXP with the Netplay C++ server which uses LUA as a scripting language.
