C.I.B. Male Template 01

Ok, this is a character template for C.I.B. What is C.I.B. you ask? Well, I can't say just yet becuase I don't have enough done to bother. However, I need some graphics for it so I can test some of the things in it. I would apprectaite any Comments And Criticism anyone can offer to help me improve it. Special thanks to Maxy for giving me some advice on it so far.

NOTE: While this is not for RMXP, it could theoretically be used in RMXP. HOWEVER: This template is *not* for public use as of yet. It will be released in some form later, but until then please do not use it.

You'll get a lot more comments in resource analysis, and there's no rule stating that you can't post stuff there if you're not going to release it. Still, technically this could be okay here, so let me know if you want it moved.

Um, yeah go ahead and move it. The reason why I put it here is because it technically is not an RMXP resource. It's for something else, but it could be used in RMXP.
