C&C sprite on custom template

Making a template *yeah i know enough with the new templates* anyways heres a sprite for the template, wanna know what ya'all think

The template will be 6 frames of animation instead of the standard 4 so a special script is required to use it, I'll post it as soon as im done drawing all directions.

Input so far would be helpful, This template is hk size ( i dislike hk, i think if your gonna do a sprite that big, it should look realistic)

edit: heres a shot of the template for this dude, its a wip, he's a male teen, i realise it still needs lots of work especially in the shading, but please C&C on it anyways, especially about its proportions

Ok i'm gonna make and release this template for public use, can we all think of a name for it?

yeah its a skinny teen, im workin on a bulkier teen, and a skinny adult male, and a bulkier adult male, then onto female counterparts

yeah i should move its eyes in a bit closer i guess?

This may be the direction you want your sprite to go.  I got rid of some unnecessary colors.  I made the eyes so that they're both facing the same direction.  I also changed the feet.  It's important to note that humans don't stand comfortably with their feet straight out to the sides, so I made that look more natural.  I also did some more minor things.
 
That looks very good, thanks, i woulda gotten somewhere near there-ish eventually, i was just rushing it out to get an example out of what i was workin on, but yeah, looks great, you got talent
 
It looks awesome in clothes but terrible naked. :x Try fixing the arms so they look less like one limp noodle piece. The crotch area shouldn't really come up that high. Like remove the darkest line pixle by at least one at the top. His knees and bottom legs don't make sence but the way you shaded it on the clothed sprite makes sence. Watch what direction they are facing.

I'll agree with you on every point except for the limp arm pose, he's kinda meant to be a skinny slouchy limp teen, if im off on what im assuming you mean, perhaps you could show me?

Have lowered the crotch and fixed his knees and added more to the arms
 
i don't know if its just me but the walking animation looks a little bit awkward...
his torso part(Abs Part) and the upper part of legs aren't moving at all

but the character looks cool...
 
in cloths like that your belt shouldn't stay perfectly still. It should bounce with the rest of the body. Lift his legs up more. Right now it looks like he's scuffling his feet to build static electricity. And personally I find that once does not walk with feet so far apart like that. Take some strides and look down at yourself then try walking in front of the mirror. You can always do an idle pose like that but once walking it looks weird. Feet in idle frame shouldn't be so pointed outward. Make them point forward and they won't look like they're floppin like a ducks. Try that for now and we'll take it from there.
 
Hm. The placing of the elbow doesn' move in thos walking frames, which is kind wierd. You also don't get ny feeling of the leg moving towards us when walking. Making the width of the leg near the bottom larger when the foot is moving forward may fix this.

Also, too tall for a teenager. take a pixel off the torso and arms, 2 pixels off the lower leg.

The hair should move when walking, but that's not really an issue ATM.
