it has real internet, text messaging, send/receive emails, takes pictures/videos, has a mp3 player, an SD memory slot, and you can go on aim/msn/yahoo messenger. the phone is pretty damn awesome imo.

nowa days i think it's more then just texting and phoning, especially if your a business man you're gonna want the most convenience with your phone (be able to send/receive emails, ect.)

I have an mp3 phone from Rogers and one of its features is supposed to be mp3 ringtones, but Rogers deactivated it so you have to pay extra to get it unlocked or something. I personally hate the company, they send me texts all the time about there new offers.

Bell is shit too though.

The phone itself is a Sony Ericsson flip phone, and it's awesome. It's pretty thick compared to a lot of the newer phones now, but I've whipped that thing across the room on more then one occasion and it has nothing more then a few scratches. It's also way more comfortable to hold in your hand then say a Motorola razor, it's really light too.

Also, Motorola is shit.

I'd go with a Nokia, or a Sony Ericsson.

You're dumb. The MP3 Ringtones (Truetone) are available on the phone. Just you can't use MP3s from your PC on the phone. You have to download them. It doesn't really read MP3s as ringtones (as that would drain your battery so quickly...) it uses another format (.arm I think) which is a proprietary format that you can't (sorta) covert songs into, anyways. But you can take your phone to some shady dealers to get it 'unlocked' which is just a term that lets you target your memory drive when picking the ringtone, and lets you use .MP3 files, but it DOES drain your battery faster (MUCH faster) and it is easier to just pay the small amount to download the song from the phone service.
