Nphyx :: I agree with your final conclusion, but it just occurred to me. The two choices could be between action and inaction. Being that this is only an theoretical situation, we can allow for the choices to be between action and inaction... instead of action one and action two. In a situation where the benefit of both action and inaction seem to be equal, is inaction the default choice due to this unreasonable dilemma?
