You CAN sell berries but tbh I recommend you just save all of them until 255 and use them to get a legendary bird and 255 pp to spend in the store

once you get a squirtbottle, a berry planter becomes avaliable in the shop for an equally exorbitant price. you just grow them in those; don't even need to worry about watering or anything. they make you buy two different parts for a single function because they hate you I guess.

There is a cave in Johto called the Dragon's Lair or something similar.

so i can't figure out how to explore any further, i got cut and i think i've gone everywhere i possibly can. i got rock smash, but i can only find one boulder which needs push.. so i'm stuck and can't go anywhere.

also, where do you find that trade card?

i have no clue. the original island? i don't have surf. i'm still on the original starting place. furthest i can get to is route 25, which just has a cottage in it

and 20 pokemon? i have like, 10. i only catch the ones i want.. and i JUST got 2k gold cause i had no idea you got interest from the bank.

k nvm. apparently the game advances by catching pokemon.. just unlocked 2 more HM's, one of which is surf :P

i think i'll be fine now. just whenever i play the real pokemon games, i only catch pokemon i'm going to use at first until i get the party i want, THEN i go catching.. the pokemon in my sig aren't what i'm going to ultimately use, but i have no choice since the starting pokemon are so gay.

There are caves south of the cottage leading to the "rest of the world" (or rather, to cities like Celadon, or Vermillion with it's port). Not sure if you need any HMs for that travel.

The caves are by the Power Plant afaik.

Has anyone bothered with the dungeons? I tried a couple and got creamed by the bosses.

I don't understand dungeons. Even with a team of (mostly) level 100s I only ever do 1 damage to the bosses. And with that amount of HP it just takes forever.

The site's owner reckons they're the quickest way to get money!

idk if you guys have noticed, but it saves the damage/debuffs you've done to a boss. so i just keep attacking it over and over until it dies. don't even need to level up..

Perihelion the other day I made 2400 doing the same dungeon over and over

the most I;ve ever done to a boss was 18 and that was after using cripple on it lol

It's always 1 damage, every single attack, for me. It's like it doesn't remember my stats or the stats I gain in the dungeon.

Against normal enemies it does, and I one-hit-KO the fuckers.
