Bright Force Music - Title Screen

I think the melody sounds pretty classic and would fit well in a very old school rpg. Although, I think I should be honest and comment on your musicality and production quality. First thing, the melody you've made is good but too much of a good thing can be bad. I think you need to spice it up a little and add some variation. Maybe something simple like going up an octave for a little while would do the trick. It's a short song so it doesn't need to be overly complex. Secondly, all of the samples you've used are heavy on the low end, meaning more bass than treble, which is creating muddy sound. Drop the low end on a few samples, probably the 200 to 500 hertz range, and raise the high end on some of the samples as you see fit. I think you can make this song shine!

needs different samples, and when that xylophone part comes in, its way higher volume and sounds much too sudden, it doesnt flow right, the xylophone part should come in softer and build up to en epic finish, not just cut off at the end

hm. this is interesting as a title for an rpg. i would gather that this isn't a standard rustic old-world forest rpg thing goin on.. the tune itself, i think is really neat, and creative, but in all honesty i don't see it working all to well as a title screen tune. title screens are (in my view) more of just a single catchy melody that repeats itself indefinitely, beckoning to the person in front of the screen: "PLAY ME"

also, i'll concur that the sound jump was a bit too big.

I enjoy the progression of the song and I enjoy the melody, but I'd have to agree with Gulch666 that you should choose some different samples (well, you're friend should). Something a little clearer at the beginning, like a lead instead of a saw or whatever your using.

I really like the end though. I'm not sure what kind of game you're making, but the xylophone section reminded of an adventure game or platform game like Crash Bandicoot!
