I'm having some trouble with GR's first village tileset. It won't let me set the transparency when I import and it doesnt have a preset transparency. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm having the same problem with the smoke charset posted in same post.

I had to find all the transparent pixels, but its easier to change the background color of the canvas to red for example and then find all the transparent pixels.

I use Macromedia Fireworks. There you can change the settings of the canvas like background color. I don't think it's that easy in paint. I can upload my untransparent version!

maybe it's because those cliffs arent supossed to be tileable in hight.

I'm still working on the tilesets I almost finished the forest village tileset. here is just some random breeze stuff to keep you all satisfied ;).

I will stick to the old Facetemplate, this one is harder to paint on and it looks too much like FF Tactics, I think. Even though its pretty well done.

Actually, it looks a lot like a Summon Night GBA face. Is it an edit or did you pixel it from scratch?

In any case, it's nice but the old one is more unique. ^^

I can map much better ;) but this way you guys don't get to see the problems I haven't fixed yet.

I will probably upload a bunch of icons for the breeze and some of the new tilesets tomorrow, wich is in an couple of hours.

EDIT: btw when I upload the new tilesets and objects, I will put them all in the first post and I'll make sure to save them as bmp or so you could all upload it into rmxp without having background troubles :)
 
Very good, I might play your breeze game when it is finished, it looks very good so far. Kailis is coming along very well, I would show you some screenshots from it, but we are missing some tileset pieces, I hope you will give it a try as well when it is out in Breeze :)

I hope you're gonna give more stuff in the tomb, as it looks a bit normal-caveish... but good though :grin01:
