you have any idea how HARD IT IS to find non-jpg images of those golden sun roofs? it took me like 45 minutes to find some. originally i had compared very briefly with the screenshot shown on the first page-- the one that's blown up and blurred.
but i checked it out against the actual graphics, and you actually seem okay. they were directly COPIED, just bigger, but they weren't rips. You got me there and I was wrong.
that said, they might as well have been rips since you didn't really do much for yourself. the reason i thought they were stolen in the first place was because of the HORRIBLY INCONSISTENCY in wuality between your rooftops and the rest of your tileset. your stone wall for example is hideous, while the rooftops are (clearly) good enough to mistake them for rips, at least from a distance.
you need to practice a lot more and i'd suggest that you don't rely so heavily on copying other works. it will prevent you from developing a style of your own and ultimately hold you back as a spriter.
