Boss with Minions

I have a boss I'm trying to make. I'm trying to set it up so that when her 3 minions are killed, she appears, and at every 25% of her health, she revives them and the process stars again. I can't seem to get her to appear after the minions die, as the battle simply ends. Is there any way to make this work?

I apologize for posting in the wrong section. I'm new to this forum, and was unaware of "Game Maker". I assumed this forum simply referred to people who made games.
