Boss Battle MIDI Help

Ok, here is a boss battle theme I'm writing for a particular character in a game.  The character is maniacal, crazy, evil and thrives off other's pain.  It is still a wip, but mainly I'm concerned about a few parts...especially with the chimes.  I think they may be a bit too clustered when they come in, but its hard to discern...because this character is a bit clustered and all over the place.  Tell me what you think.

Personally i think it sounds like a final boss battle.
But it does sound great.

personally i'd have something more, mellow and eerie, without a fast paced beat, or even no percussion at all.

I like the speed, personally.

I am assuming it will be much longer but so far I quite like what I am hearing, up until the very last part, with the drum kit on its own, its too messy.

Its sounds like its skipping or something.

Try making the percussion more steady, switch from on beat to off bear [the snare in particular]

Overall though it has alot of potential, good work!

Thanks for input ^_^  I've been working on it a little bit, especially the drums like you guys said.  I'm planning to upgrade the sound once I get it all done so I'm sure that will help with the quality.

Yeah it sure will, change the name too "Scream for me" sounds too...umm... erotic. lol

I have a new piece up in my BGM, jazz... thread [in resource analysis]

Oh my god. Why are people praising this. This looks like 20 years old! We don't play NES or SNES anymore, why are you making music that looks old?

I really like the fast part of the song

the very beginning doesn't have a great transition ( I believe ) into the faster part
because its sent a different theme or mood to me and then switch a little oddly.

Other than that I really like it

what did you use? Fruity Loops?

shownomercy77 you're pretty dumb, dude. i'm sure a lot of people would appreciate it if you'd just stop posting in general.

Let me ask you a question, why shouldn't I?  I don't see very many games being made from RPG Maker that are breaking the boundaries of our current technology.  In fact, most of them seem to look like a SNES or maybe a Playstation 2D RPG.  Look man, I enjoy what I write and you can either tell me CONSTRUCTIVELY what you don't like about the song in the proper manner and maybe you will slowly gain the respect back here in the community that you  are seeming to lose.

@k3v_man: I understand what you are saying, the beginning is a little more triumphant sounding than the rest of the tone of the song.  I'll work on that  :thumb:
BTW, I'm using Anvil Studio, its just a free notation software that I use to write the music that I later put in Fruity Loops and add VST or soundfonts to make the quality better.

Another great peice man. I like the speed too and it really doesnt sound too clustered, more like a hard boss theme.

shownomercy77 man could you stop acting like such a prick? You act like your music is hot shit and when someone else writes something you just plug your pessimistic opinions all over it. Its annoying so please quit!

Again, great job mega man.
