Books Choice Help/Advice

At school, I'm up to choose from 5 different books to read and do an oral presentation plus a panphlet with information about the book, I've previously choosen.

The problem is... I can't make up my mind.

The books are:

Oliver Twist (By Charles Dickens)

Jane Eyre (By Charlotte Bronte)

A room with a view (By E. M. Foster)

North and South (By Elizabeth Gaskell)

Persuasion (By Jane Austen)

Dracula (By Bram Stocker)

If you have ever read any of this books or if you know any, could you please help me out by saying what do you like or what you don't like about the books, and a bit of the theme of the books.

REALLY thanks in advance.

Note: I have to do this task until 09/01/07

Hey guys... Really thanks. I don't know much from english literature, the only books I've read were:

1984, Pride and Prejudice, The three adventures of sherlock holmes, The citadel and The prisioner of zenda... oh... and Robot dreams from Isaac Asimov.

Yeah... I'm up to choose Dickens...

Once again, thank you very much.

I also would go with dickens. Not only are there oliver twist movies that could help you understand the story if you have problems, but dickens is quite an easy author to read for the era (I still read A christmas Carol this time of year, just for fun!)
I have not read oliver twist and am not going to tell you about it because it is your assignment, but I really think that is probably the best option. Jane Austen isn't bad (pride and prejudice = woot!), either.

I have tried Jane Eyre and Dracula and found them both somewhat difficult to get into, despite knowing the stories well enough.
