Blizzard's Easy Party Switcher requests

First off, I know we're supposed to contact him on that link provided in the thread, but it says that board is down or something.

Would it be possible to make it so that people in reserve get experience also?

Also, how can I make it so that the main character cannot be moved from the first spot?  I can make it so he can't be removed from the party, but I want it so that he will always be first in the party.
