Blizz-ABS heart system

Ok when I downloaded BLIZZ-ABS 2.54 through Chaos Project(and I'm posting this there as well) I saw that you can have hearts as a health system. Does anyone know how I would go about utilizing that?

This is a small script made by blizz himself, you can go to the script database there, and search the Z-HUD
