Apparently two people were fatally shot while shopping for toys in California.

I did my shopping online. No fear of trampling!
I remember Black Friday when I worked retail. The customers literally do shove their way through the door, knocking down anyone who stands in their way. I remember the manager telling the guys tasked with opening the door (the strongest guys working, haha) to immediately jump out of the way when they unlock the door. The people claw open the doors themselves. It's really fuckin scary.

My friend got kicked in the face once during a Black Friday event at the PX on our military base. It was funny, but a shame because people litereally dont give two shits about any other form of life as long as they get their goods.

This pretty much. Lawsuits and shit start up so its in the best interest of the management to keep things orderly, despite what profits they attain.

Yeah, a broom isn't going to do shit. These people literally CLAW at the doors. I saw it from the inside a few times, years back. Between the clawing masses and their pallid skin/haggard appearance from being up since 2am in the freezing cold, it literally looks like the zombie onslaught has come for you.

You even UNLOCK those doors, and their fingers instantly wiggle through and the door is blown open. Batting them away with a broom?? Hah!

We had a Black Friday at LegoLand where we kept the prices the same and just added Black Friday in big letters on a board to increase sales. It was pretty bad. People were pushing, it was crowded, and they kept vulturizing our stock-carts. We had to use Death Star boxes as shields, and I had to toss a Republic Cruiser box into a crowd to pull the children away from my cart.

We made thousands though.

A guy threw himself in front of my brothers car to save a basket from hitting us! I think that was the most kind act I saw all throughout black friday. It was a shame really because he just disappeared. Heh. Either ways thats greed for ya. There were people fighting just to get the last SD card at the Circut City around here so they just threw everyone out. Of course though no good is worth human life. Shows you what would happen if the economy completely went to shit though.
