I have been searching the net <google> for months now and I just can't seem to find what I am wanting. I can't get anything one script to function with other scripts. It is just a mess and I need help. Above is a short list of what I am looking for, can anyone help? I've tried Blizz - ABS and all the other ABS out there none of them match up to what I am wanting.

There is something called the XABS. Check it out. It should have everything you need to get started. But you're not going to get everything already done for you - you've got to do some of the work There's plenty of tutorials over the webs for it

Custom Menu: You're better off paying a scripter to do a project like that. Not too many people will do that much work for free

Map Location: I'm not sure what you mean by this. But if it's that text that appears up on screen in the beginning, it's just a picture. You just need to make a parralell process event somwhere on the map, show the picture, and then "delete event"

Destroyable Terrain: This should be done in events

Reflection: Can't help you there.

Sun Effect / Glare: Sigh... that's also evented...
