i have had more time over these summer holidays so they old post i put on the graphics have been renewed what do you think???

These look pretty nice, but how to they workout in a tileset? I've sen a few other tileset styles such as this one.

Yeah I'd like to see these with some ground tiles around them, possibly ingame, before I can come to a final verdict - but they look pretty good on their own.

Pretty distinctive style... if there was enough to make a whole game in that style, I'd certainly want to try it.

While I understand the style is meant to be whimsical or cartoony, there is just no reason for the simplicity of the trees. It looks like a green cotton ball to be honest. I truly think it would benefit from a bit more thought. To match the theme of the tileset i'd say thicken the trunk to cartoonish proportions and attempt to give the top a bit more of an overhead view.
