http://www.uni.cc try that It has 3 different free web hosting plans, that only have pop-ups which are blocked by any pop-up blocker. I made one, but have still to do anything with it. You have the choice of the easy way to setup by simply creating pages and adding contensts, or you can code it all in html. I recommend checking it out.

@Tdata - It doesn't apply if you plan to be hosted yearly. the month to month setup fee is high but paying $9/month is too much. going yearly saves you a couple of buck.
F.Y.I. - I used to provide free web hosting to people. We had over 2,000 accounts set up within about a half a year...and it didn't cost anything to setup hosting. An administrator goes into the WHM (web hosting manager), clicks on 'create a new account', types in the desired domain, user name, password...and then it generates the account. All the company needs to do after this is point the domain to the appropriate DNS...which take a whole five seconds.
Setup fees are a rip off and any 'company' that forces their customers to pay a setup fee...should be drawn and quartered. Go with a hosting company that doesn't charge a setup fee...I guarantee you will be happier and save a bit of money at the same time.

I still use http://www.freewebtown.com for my hosting, just because if your bandwidth runs out on one account, you can essentially create endless different ones. Not the best bandwidth, but definitely enough hosting space to satisfy.

I saw one where it was 50gb space and 1TB bandwidth. I won't mention it until I know for sure it's one of those trusted site. but the things they offer is quite nice. But how good are they?
