Battlestatus Window Remodel

Is it possible to make the Battlestatus window to look like this:

I'll explain the numbers.

The face is obvious. 96 x 96 picture graphic.

1) These will be the icon commands. If it helps, I have found this:

2) This is the RTAB bar.

3) HP

4) SP

5) Status Icons (I'm using ccoa's staus effect icons script)

I'm using the RTAB, and Cogwheel's bar script, so it will automatically draw the HP and SP bars.
