Battler Attempt

Well, recently I've been working on some battlers, but I have a little problem with it...
I would want to try to color it, but there are some weird pixels everywhere. Try filling some part with color, you will see what I mean... Also, the lines have some weird color pixels in them (blue, yellow and even green) I have no idea why... I guess my Scanner is colorblind, lol. How could I get the lines to look clear and black.

I tried working on this in Photoshop, but to get it done properly, it will take ages >.<

This isn't probably the best pencil either, but I don't have anything better and I live in a quite small town and I doubt that I could find some proper artist pencils... So I guess I'll have to settle with this atm.

Yeah, I suck at drawing poses and I think it's lacking the 3d-ish look, but I guess when it's colored, it will be better.
So...
1) What do you think of it?
2) How could I get the weird pixels off fast? And it would be great if someone could try to do it, and send it to me.

The battler itself is very nice, short in size but he looks like someone that would mess you up if you called him that. Also, as for the pixel issue this tutorial will help you with that.

Wow, thanks alot for that guide! It takes quite a while to get it done, but it looks very good.
