Battle Items?

Okay, I need a system where, the character buys an item that allows them to use a skill(once). I'm using Mr.Mo's ABS, and whenever I hotkey the item, nothing happens when I use it...

are you talking about an item that TEACHES them the skill, or just lets them use it one time?

if your talking about an item that teaches the skill it should not be put on a hotkey. it should remain in your items menu only until used to teach the skill.

PS. wrong forum for requesting event systems or scripts. you dont need either, you should be able to do this yourself, im sure theres tutorials for both of these.
