Deepest apologies for the downtime this morning and yesterday. This was down to a hosting issue that was out of our hands, but rest assured no data was lost and the site is back online and back to normal.

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Hopefully we can take measures to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

My apologies as well. It was most unfortunate that this occurred while I was out on the lake. (Spent the night on our friend's boat)

We now have additional procedures in place to expedite any future issues.

• Our host has added our URL to their NOC monitoring service so they will know immediately if the site goes down for any reason.
• I have our host's, as well as his host's phone numbers
• I am getting an actual account on ISP so I can restart the server myself (worst case)
• All of the senior staff have my phone #, as well as email for our hosts (Floyd & Eric)

I spent the day looking at the RRR and Creation Asylum - it was hell ughhh.
