Hello, here is a new stylepack. It is called Classic Metals. Obviously, they are a few well known metals. I will release a metallic stylepack another time, for now I will leave these to keep with my "themes".

Well I made a new stylepack, I am pleased with the outcome, so here ya go, it uses ideas, colors, and more from the 60's as inspirations for each design. It is called Psychedelic Funk.

Sorry I haven't been around much to do stuff, I have been busy with Kailis, life, work, and multiple other things lately. I will create some new stylepacks once I have some ideas flow in. I do however plan to do a retro pack, glossy pack, and a cosmic pack. Consisting of styles and colors based upon different things. Retro being in the 70's, glossy being very shiny and sleek, and the cosmic being very alien like so lots of bizarre colors, themes, and textures.

Hopefully the wait won't be to long.

Here is my rendition of your title screen for Mellow Chaos, Ultimaodin, I made 2 backdrop styles, tell me if you like it. I couldn't really make a hippy-ish style since only one guy is a hippie. So I hope this works.

Errr.. that really is chaotic to read. The style needs to be toned down a bit or put in a lighter color.

I'm lost by the 2nd statement as well.

What kind of overlay do you think, something less hectic? I personally like it, but if you all really think it should change I can make a couple other renditions.

Try Adding Inner Glows in white color in it,
Perhaps satin with a light color change the layer properties to something,(Play around with it:I think Overlay/Light will do with light colors)
And play with the Layer Properties of the Gradient, Pattern and Color Layers
You'll have a good result with that

Thanks, I actually mix and match stylepacks a lot with mine, and edit them to be unique for each person. I do realize they can be hard to read, but yeah my stuff is more for graphics as opposed for logos and such, but they work.

Hey sorry about the lack of activity I've been having virus issues.

First off I will comment on each part seperatly as I forgot to ask about having each thing seperate as I like to script fancy title-screens. (Mainly because I can't script much else)

Ok I will start off commenting on the logo. I love the heart design i your first two because it glows giving it a sense of purity while I like the fire of the outer logo in the last one. If you could combine the two that would be awsome.

Next the text is ummm very chaotic. I like the style but not really that enthusiastic about the font. To be honest I was more along the thought chain of a semi-fancy font like BlackChancery. (second favourite font behind benegraphic) The font you are using now is a little hard to read and it's got this blah mass chaos appearance which doesn't fit my storyline where chaos approaches a fair period of time into the storyline through betrayal of a friendship. In otherwards to match your logo there I need something a little more hearty. (I'm not vey good at making sense)

Last of all the background. I prefer the first blue/black/white background as it has a sea feel. The sea is a place of peace and harmony but in storms and in heavy winds it becomes a chaotic blast of waves. I person into symbolism and that would fit right in with the concept.

Overall the mood is fairly fitting if you combine what I said and I think the logo would be nice to be just a wee tad bigger in scale.

For the subject of the outline effect: that would be sweet. I may prefer using Paint Shop Pro but I can always convert photoshop concepts over with a bit of method altering. I'm yet to figure it out though as I've tried near off everything. (found out a few things though that I never knew about.)

Also I will send you a pm because I want your oppinion on something. Mainly because you make such beautifulwork! :kiss:

A link to your project thread would be wonderful, cause I know nothing about your game to base any judgement of how this should look. Do that form me and I'll jump on it.

EDIT: Ultimaodin, very tired right now actually about to sleep in a second, but I managed to pull this out. I can send you the image in layers without it being a photoshop file, one of the many things I learned in my graphic arts classes. As long as it is a raster program and not vector it should transfer over smoothly.

The font is fine, I like it. I will probably move it into one corner (text + logo) with the options down the oposite corner. It looks good. The image is a itxy bit pixely but nothing I can't fix in about two seconds. Thank you very much this is great! :thumb:

ps what is the name of that font? I don't have that one. :huh:
