Does High School count as a horrid job?


As for a good job, I was able to work at Gamestop for about half a year, which wasn't that bad actually. My co-workers were nice, the boss WASN'T an ass, and I basically just stood there talking about games with my co-workers, and occasionally customers. My only quip with it was that we were forced to whore out magazine subscriptions when someone preordered a game. But even then, it wasn't that bad.

It's fun getting paid to stand around and talk honestly.

I hated high school, too. But, now, I work there and love my job. :D

Only ever having two jobs (including the one above), my "worst job" was the other one.

I helped out a business owner in a mass-marketing "endeavor". I set up a database of all the addresses in certain zip-codes, reduced it, and printed letters and envelopes for each address. Three thousand tongue-tiring envelope-licks and stuffs later, I was done.

My boss died of a heart attack not too long after that.

So, my bad job experience was a lot worse for my boss than it was for me. :s

I think the only people that like WalMart are those too stupid to realize how much they screw over both their employees and the general public.

This is the case in pretty much most jobs in this day and age, The only difference is the degree of "screwing".

Why don't you just look for another job whilst working there? Supermarkets in the UK pay good money for my age, That's why I've slaved at Tesco for a year and a half.

No what that tells me is that you are terrible at life. Your job was probably pretty bad, but who actually knows since you worked there for TWO FUCKING DAYS.

My worst job was being a gym instructor, it had low wages and even lower prospects, so after a year I decided to change jobs as soon as a better one came up, so now I work in a warehouse lugging heavy boxes and stuff for excellent pay and prospects, plus it still keeps me fit.

Fucking Pizza hut... it was like a mine there... making Pizzas non stop, and if you were finished, go fucking do the dishes, and if you're done, fucking cleaning, and if you had nothing more to do, do something for the love of God! And please, throw away all of the Pizzas you made, when you're closing... and don't forget to take out those 3000 trash bags on your own.... Please hear me when I say, NEVER work in a Fast Food... too much exploitation and very poor paiment

I'm a swing manager at a fast food place.

I work the overnights and it's obscenely busy but...I don't know, it's not that bad. I think people who bitch about their jobs are pretty irritating. Haha.

The worst job I had was a baker, it was insanely boring and time went by so slowly.
