I hate to be a douchebag (okay, not so much or I wouldn't post this) but seriously, man, if you're going to use the internetz learn to use them properly. The beauty of this whole thing is that the information is already out there for anybody with a little functioning gray matter to find. Internet forums were not invented so really lazy people could pop in and ask other people on the internet to find shit for them.
Take your situation for instance:
Part 1: "Gee I want to find a file. I know what website it came from, I know all about its general content and purpose. Do I a: look the file up myself, learn something in the process, and feel good about being me, or b: ask someone to do it for me while waiting for the short bus to show up"
Part 2: "Gee I found the file I wanted but it has an extension that I don't recognize. Do I a: look up that extension with a cursory internet search, find out all I need to know about it in a couple minutes of browsing google and wikipedia and get to enjoying it after 5 minutes of downloading some easily accessible software that a kindergarten graduate could find and figure out how to use, or b: throw my hands in the air in frustration and make a fool of myself, hoping that in a sea of condescending assholes eventually one person will take pity on my poor under-exercised little brain and point me in the right direction, and in the meanwhile sit on my ass waiting for an answer and not getting what I want"
Go
HERE and try not to ask any more questions until you have spent at least a half hour of your precious time trying to find an answer for yourself.
