" I need a place of my own. How am I supposed to grow up when I'm stuck here? " Nobody could believe what Athena said. She had always loved her home with her father Huros. Nobody but he knew what happened to her mother. But he wouldn't tell Athena. Finally it struck her. She needed to get out in the world.

CHARACTERS

Athena
Athena is a young archer, recently moved from a large city called Haruno. Her archery isn't great, but she wants to take lessons. In a later chapter of the story, she is transformed into a doll by a monster calling itself Diabolos Jr. This gives her magical powers which allow her to move and act like a human, and gives her slight control on air.

Kyu
Kyu is a mage-in-training from Toraihnia, another country. He joins you right in the beginning, if you can help him find his girlfriend Moira. His magic is based around fire, and he can summon a dragon or a fire spirit.

Arcane
Arcane Myth is a mysterious young man who seems to lurk around the lair of Diabolos Jr. Almost like a shadow, he seems to follow you when you enter the Diabolos Jr's domain. Even though Arcane might seem friendly when you first talk to him, he has a secret that explains him liking the demon's lair.

Kuro
Kuro is Arcane Myth's true form. He is a demon, kind of nicened by a red headband he wears. ( Thanks Half Moon Diary! ) Looks almost like Arcane, exept instead of red hair and a purple headband, he has purple hair and a red headband. Remove the headband, he goes all evil-demon-freaky thing. Not fun. Diabolos Jr was responsible for sealing Kuro in Arcane's body, and is proud of it. Kuro will eventually join your team, helping you battle bosses.

Huros
Huros is Athena's father, and the keeper of Athena's mother's secret. Even though he's overall fun, he can be a real pain. He is very proud of his lancing.

Marla
Marla is a total fraud fortune teller, and the leader of a band of mercinaries. She is pretty useful as Diabolos Jr bait.^_^

GAMEPLAY

You start out in a dessert. The first area has a small house and two signs. One sign is a bulletin board, the other is a for sale sign. Before the first chapter starts, you have to buy a house. NOTE: When the first chapter starts, you are transported back to the dessert town, so it isn't a good idea to buy a house too far away, since you need some stuff from your house, like a shovel.[/NOTE] The small house is a two room house, 3000 Gil. Pretty cheap. However, once you buy a house, you can't move again. So a bigger house might be good.

hmm, it's a bit good. But, for godsakes, add more to the map. It's too plain. Desert's don't naturally have one Palm Tree, 3 cactii, a rock, and a well. Add more, variation man. Add some sand effect if you must. Touch up the maps a bit, and it would look better. Other than that, not bad, but tell us more.

For sale, two rooms? Where are the rooms, under the sand? Just looking at that building the interior must be what? 2 tiles wide? and it couldn't even support a second floor since the door takes up 3/4s of the wall. Learn 2 Map please.

This needs a lot of improvement mapping wise as a few people have said waaaaaaaay too simple, look at a few tuts and make them more interesting. Need more info on just about everything and if you put up that little info then it makes for a very uninteresting thread... I would know...

A large city would have such fucked up buildings and there would be more buildings. Also you have a lot of vB tags randomly placed around you should delete them it makes the thread look a lot nicer. You should add more info on "Haruno" (Sakura...) as all we know is that it's a big city not where it is in the world, whether this is Earth or some other planet. I would critic more but Realplayers calling me...
