Attack your own party

In many Final Fantasy games, there are status effects such as Confuse and Sleep which can be lifted by attacking the person with that effect. For example, if Bob and Jane are in a battle with some dragons and a dragon puts Jane to sleep - Bob can attack Jane to wake her up.

My request is something similar could be done in RMXP as far as attacking your own party / status effects goes.

You don't need a script for this, all you need to do is set the percent of the status effect from canceling when your hit.

If you go ingame (I'm running RTAB so it may be different for those who arent), your heroes cannot attack each other.

In the states tab, look there

there is an option called "Always attack allies"

Just make a state that implies that restriction

In the Final Fantasy games you could ALWAYS attack your allies.
