Assistance required with Minkoff's Animated Battlers (DerVVulfman enhanced ver.)

Hello there. I've been messing around with this script over the last few days, and I have a couple of problems I was hoping some of you could help me with.

1. When using skills, my characters adopt their attacking animations, but I don't want them to. I already have my own, individual "skill use" animations ready to go, which set the actor(s) to disappear while an animation of them performing their skill plays over the top. With this system, the "target disappears" option doesn't seem to work. Is there any way around this? Basically, I don't want the script to choose any casting animations for me. I'd like it to be disabled.

2. When attacking, sometimes my character appears over the top of the enemy sprite, and sometimes it's underneath. How can I fix this so that they're always on top?

3. I have enemies set to use the old "fade red" death animation, but they won't disappear at the end of it. They stay as faded red silhouettes for the rest of the battle. How do I fix this?

4. In the instructions, there's a list of additions made since the original Minkoff version, and a load of stuff is mentioned which I can't work out how to configure within the script. Actors falling before death, status ailment poses, critical hit poses, individual "struck" poses, etc. How do I get these to work, and where do I put the animations? (Do I need to extend the 4x11 animation template or something?)

Thanks to anyone who can help. It's appreciated.
