Right-o.
For someone who watches so much anime, it's odd that I hate it so much. Well no. I hate the fans. The reason I hate the fans (beside being generally obsessive, overbearing and annoying) is that they churn out the same pictures drawn either by a different hand or involving different characters constantly and never, ever stop. Also, lots of them dig for compliments constantly. "[I'm] an amateur", "P.S. Hope you won't vomit after seeing this XD" really annoys me and I'm sure a load of people agree. It's part of the reason I'm being so harsh. Stop digging for compliments or you'll never improve. Pitiful and blind praise does nothing for you.

Generic female anime character fanservice pose.
Those legs are impossibly fat. Hair partitions never lays flat enough to disapear into nothing. Highlights in hair always retain at least some remnant of the base colour, excepting very light blonde or grey. The sock highlights are far too intense, and make it look like latex. You seem to have changed your mind about highlights and done the shoes differently, drawing attention to the feet (which is generally bad for this pose). The skirt is longer at the back than at the front?

Take two anime characters. Any anime characters. Draw them in this situation. Instant masterpiece? No. Everybody has seen it at least once, and none of them are in a rush to see it again.
Q already covered what's up with it, so I won't bother (I didn't read the rest of the thread btw, so if I repeated anything don't point it out because I don't care).
You're not great, but you're by no means bad. Right now I would label you "mediocre" as far as stock anime situation reproduction fares. If you're really an amateur, it's a good start. Keep working and start drawing more original things (though originality is pretty limited as far as anime goes, everything's been done to death already). The fact that these characters aren't just omg mai fave!!!! is a good sign, too. And stop digging for compliments.
