Trying to adapt Sephs Weapons Special Code to
cast a given Spell based on percentile chance when a player is wearing a certain Item and has been struck.
IE
Oregano is wearing Plate o' Boiling Revenge
IT has 12% chance to retaliate when struck
Upon Retaliating is unleashes the spell Boiling Gooey Stuff....
The issue here is kind of detecting the hit, not to mention spawning the event out of turn....
