Arabian White Horse template [WIP]

Im streaching my spriting muscle and am going to do a horse sprite.
Its going to be a fearly large horse. With reference from the arabian white horses which tower in height. Some being as big as small elephants.

There will be a normal version and an Iron clad version. If you havent seen an iron clad horse heres how it looks. Ill be using this picture for reference after I finnish the initial sprite.

I just finnished the head and started work on the neck. I have to adjust shading and define muscle but I think its coming along nicley.
If you could encourage me and give me some feedback I would be appreciatave of it.

Teh horse in that spoiler image looks alot like my blackie wearing the Elven Horse Armour pack for Oblivion... I lol'ed.

Anyhow, the sprite shaping looks fine, from what I can see, though the bit you've coloured looks a little grey to me (assuming you're doing a pure white horse). Good Job; I'd like to see more horse species in common circulation.

i like the shading on the head and the body outline makes me hungry for more.
i think we'll finally get a rtp compatible horse that really looks like horse.
i only know 2 horse charasets, the rp version that looks like a cow with a horse's head and a brown own which has the body of a horse but the nose of a dog xD
keep on spriting. i would definately use your horse or reference to it for my own sprite.

I really liked how it started out with the WIP image of the neck. But unfortunetly i am not to impressed with the finished product. With the WIP i expected alot, and the horses shading compared with the equipment and the hair really crashes horribly. I really liked the start and would be glad if u could do some touch ups to try and improve the finished piece.

Looks good, but you are adding more shading to the tail and mane aren't you?

It looks better than before but a little blurry. A little touching up and it will look great.

Blurry, and the tail could use some TLC - looks like it's a big twist or a candy cane or something ^.^'' What I mean is, the dark lines in the tail are too dark and clear-cut.

You might want to be careful with perspective. You are drawing from a full side-view, while RMXP is designed to work from a 45 degree from-top view. You should see more of the top of the horse.
