WOW! these are AWEsome, i wish I could color and draw this good, are you in college classes right now? u got some real talent I love the style of these drawings
I love this one! The girl's eye has so much expression.
But every piece is wonderful.
I wouldn't have recognized little red riding hood without the title. I thought its some hawaiian/south american flair, so just great how you interpreted it.
I'm your fan now!
replying to your topics is pretty much mandatory for me at this point
but your stuff's amazing. i'm sure you've gotten tired of my saying the same thing over and over, but you really do improve so significantly with each batch. one thing that i really noticed with these (even though i've seen most of them already, I think) is that your coloring is really improving. your colors have always been great and vivid, but they're blending so much more smoothly and naturally now. it's especially noticeable on little red riding hood (maybe it's scaled down or something though idk) and that picture in particular looks really pro. i also really like the way you have etna's spine showing through the highlight colors in the disgaea fanart—touches like that make the paintings come alive.
also the "plenty more in the sea" girl has really cool hair (i might have told you this before idr) and the clockwork butterfly is brilliant. looking forward to more clockwork insects (we know i like bugs)
also you can share mr. yesterday. idk if you didn't post him because you didn't know if he was secret or anything but you can if you want.
@Lune: Red Riding Hood there is a turkman. I've been really interested in their culture (and their fashions especially. Turkic people in general have very nice hats.) recently and decided I wanted to draw a fairytale character as something other than blonde white girl.
going to go ahead and say your strong points would be in your coloring.
weak points would be your anatomy, youre kind of hit and miss as of right now. nothing really awful jumps out at me in any of the pieces youve posted, but you seem a little inconsistent, i think maybe you need a little stand back and take a break to critique your linework and anatomy before you jump into color.
keep it up, youve got talent, now just hone youre skills a bit
