Anyone know who made these graphics?

When the resource section was still up, these glow symbols were in the uncredited section:

That's just a few of them but I have the the whole set that was there. I'd like to use these in a commercial game so I'm making every effort to find the maker and ask.

So does anyone know who made these or what game they may have came from?
