Anyone had fix the horizontal command?

hey guys, i want to use the horizontal:command method (SDK) but yet there is a bug, i cant scroll it when there are more commands that can't fill the window (like in the normal commands).

i don't want to put images because the people know about this, someone knows about this, has fixed it?
